Product information

Stainless steel countersunk head screws with inch threads (also known as countersunk flathead screws) feature an 82-degree angle, which allows them to be flush with the workpiece. They’re ideal for applications requiring a smooth, aesthetically pleasing finish. Made of stainless steel, they resist corrosion, rust, tensile strength, and a secure hold. They also feature a hexagonal groove on the head, allowing for secure tightening with a hex wrench. They also offer excellent shear resistance due to their recessed head.

Screw Head Characteristics: The screw head is conical, with an angle of approximately 82 degrees, allowing it to recess into the workpiece when tightened.
Applications: Suitable for applications requiring a neat, aesthetically pleasing finish, such as electrical appliance, automotive, or machinery assembly, and applications requiring smooth, uninterrupted surfaces.
Material: Made of stainless steel, such as grade 304 or 316, they offer strength, corrosion resistance, and rust resistance.
Tightening Mechanism: A hex wrench is used to tighten the screw, providing excellent torque resistance and a secure hold.
Strength: They can withstand shear forces (transverse forces) due to their recessed head.
Thread: Available in both inch (inch) and millimeter threads, select the one that best suits your workpiece.
Installation: Countersinking holes must be drilled to a conical shape to fit the screw head so that the screw head can completely sink into the workpiece.
